| Many notaries have deadlines where they require the title company to call and schedule the loan in advance. Many notaries also require that they get the docs several hours before the closing. I find that because I don't have any time requirements, that I get more deals. I was speaking to the C.E.O at one of my title companies and she said she liked working with me because I was flexible. Many times I will get a call at 3:00 asking me to close a 6:00 loan. I just make sure that I always check my email and cell phone for messages. I would lose hundreds of dollars a month if I weren't so flexible. |
