Man! That is shocking that a lender or whomever would instruct an SA to not have the borrower sign or initial the RTC! That is a gov't regulated item. Gov't law says they have the right to three days. If there is no signature or initialling of receipt of copies there is no acknowledgement that they saw it or got copies. Generally, they are signing that they got copies. I could see this creating an gov't investigation in the future. Be sure to cover your back, I would call the NNA hotline and ask about them suggesting to not have borrower acknowledge RTC in any way!
