I wanted stated accurately. They are a retail/sales organization IMHO who caters to notaries' needs for gear. They teach notaries how notarize, supposedly.
They cannot be expected to tell you much about law or signings procedure because of UPL. They are no more prepared IMHO to answer questions about notarial LAW than a sporting goods store is an authority on OFFICIAL rules of baseball. My opinion only...not stated as fact!
