Have the borrower sign BOTH of the lender's copies. The borrower should have two copies in her package: One to send in if she cancels, t'other to keep 'cause it explains her legal rights.

Whenever the RTC dates need to be corrected, be sure to change 'em on ALL copies and have the borrower(s) initial ALL the changes.
