Have the borrowers sign the RTC's in the loan package to send back. I always pull the RTC's from the borrowers copies, make sure there are two copies for each BO and have them sign them all. I use pocket folders for the BO's copies and place the RTC's in the left pocket and the other docs in the right pocket of the folder.
