Faxing more than HUD

I was wondering what people charge if they fax back to Signing or Loan Officer more than the HUD. I have been getting quite a few companies lately that ask me to fax back all the notaries and Mortgage, 1st and Signature, TIL, right to cancel, 1003, Hud, etc. Sometimes it is up to 15 pages. It is time and money.
Even if they have an 800 number. Need suggestions on what to do.
