Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet or not...
On e-docs you must tell whoever hired you what your deadline is. For example - if I know the drive is going to take me 30 minutes and I know the lender is countrywide then I require docs to be sent to me 1.5 hours before the signing.
This way if there are any printing problems I should be able to fix it and still make it to the borrowers on time. If they miss the deadline then I accept other signings and let them know that they will need to be rescheduled. |
