| I made contact with Title Co. I asked if they were currently using ?? SS. They said yes. I asked (nicely) if they were aware that several SAs had not been paid by this SS? There response was no. I told of my efforts to collect being sure to state that I was aware they could not pay me direct since they had already paid the SS. I was simply letting them know of this issue and wondering if there were any contact they might be willing to make to help me get payment. They asked me to fax the confirmation sheet (which was my proof of correspondence with them). I received a call from SS the following day and payment three days later to include one from early 2005 that I had written off to bad debt. |
