I have to laugh. My experience was with, of course SOX. That Brandi! When I told her I faxed, she asked what number and said that is no longer in use. When I told her I had left several voice mails for her she said she didn't get them. When I rattle off the dates of those and the dates I emailed invoices to her she said she didn't get the emails. I said that is funny I still have the read receipts from those emails would you like me to tell you when those were read. She still insisted she had received no correspondence and in addition after working for them as far back as early 2005 she tried to tell me she couldn't even find my in their database. I told her she was unreal. Yes very pleasant, professional conversation with the title company and additionally with the person who called me back from SOX. It pays to keep all your back-up and think through the process to exercise whatever contact you need to get paid. |
