Hey Erica, you've been give some excellent advise by some of the most seasoned Notaries (ie ND_WA, Melissa_CT, Mistarella, etc). Now, IMO, you can take their advice and learn more about your new profession or listen to bestcal, something in CA that has half a brain will do.

Oh yeah, we're still waiting for that apology to Melissa.
