| When I have to attach a certificate, I write "Certificate Attached" on the signature page of the document to be notarized. Then I fill in the description area on the notarial certificate, plus seal it with my notary seal. And as a final precaution, I line up the signature page and notarial certificate (side by side and bottom to bottom), then using my notary stamp I place a cross seal on the two pages. Which should then be aligned at the recorders office to make sure they go together. No staples. No worries. Problem solved. |
