#1...You need to go after the homeowner. They have insurance, it's their property. If not you sue them. It's not your issue they do not have insurance, and how do you know this?
#2...You are not an employee of anyone, you are an independent contractor
#3...You are lying to the client representing something you are not and can be held liable. You are a notary, not a paralegal and have no business doing presentations of any sort in any capacity
#4...I hope you feel better and have insurance on your own...did you file a police report?
