Ask if whatever revisions a borrower & L/O are agreeing to can be changed during the recission period. As you saw with the scenario you're presenting here - the Hud and PPP revisions weren't affecting the entire loan or entire loan package.
In particular, changes to the Hud can usually be made during recission, and if you know enough to ASK this - you can often avoid all this conflict for everyone, and 'save the day'. Just bear in mind that Hud revisions are COMMONPLACE. |
