Hi BearPaw, thanks for your reply, but I'm a bit taken aback by your cynicism considering colorado notaries were able to stop the same bill in your state just last year.

This is our most desperate hour. If we can’t get control of this here in CA it’s game over, notarize.com and it’s lobbyists know it. Join us, your voice matters.
