Re: MA Non-resident Notary Requirements

Thanks all for the input...I do not intend to renew in 2020 and as long as I have a residence in the state I feel secure in continuing till that till I legally change residence...however I will be finalizing the process to become a NH notary once that happens.

The application must be ENDORSED by two notaries and a registered voter in NH. I have the registered voter as there is NO dating in that area for either the voter or notaries. Only time I will sign will be after I actually change my residency and have a NH driver License and sign in front of a Notary and take an oath. Once I change residency I will be informing the MA Sec of State of my move out of state.
