And after October 1st not many of us (if any) will be able to move up to full-time GNW, with the few crumbs left for the $30 - $35 HELOC's and out-of-state refi's/purchases that have not already been grabbed up by low-ballers trolling for text and email messages. Sorry, Bobbi, but it does look like it's gonna be a "side gig" for a lot of us in Connecticut; hardly enough to buy popcorn nowadays. Frown
