Thanks. I will scrutinize some more. One of my existing Servicing companies has invited me to perform inspection work paying higher fee and requiring DL and professional photo (you should have seen the certification video I had to watch: Hilarious. In addition to professional attire, No smoke, vaping, breath or any odors!). Thing is, they're still a middle man and not willing to give up all that much.
Even though the pay is typically low for these, the stress is minimal and the scheduling is in my court. As for Direct deposit and 15- day payment turnaround . . . truly makes my day
