I believe it's under the Supplies tab, towards the very end, after several pages. You have to go through the process as if you were actually paying for it (including providing credit card info, if I recall correctly), but the amount due is zero. I signed up for it over a month ago, so I don't remember exact details.
They'll send you an email with a link to access the Notary 101 (for the online version), along with the codes you'll need to sign in. It's not directly accessible from this site.
I've also been buying my journals (love the MOJO!), thumbprint pads, and stamps from here for several commissions now. Turnaround is generally very quick. |
