happen. We often don't hear if we've made a mistake. I've had a few that I missed a seal & the cos. emailed me a copy & I corrected it.
Otherwise, cos. will often send a 2nd notary if the job is really botched, which does happen. I've heard the horror stories about borrowers experiences with the "other notary".
I certainly wouldn't worry about your rating on SD. I did hear a while back that they had one, which is beyond the scope of what they're supposed to be about. BTW, that was started by a notary out of CA. |
