Docs getting to you on time has little or nothing to do with the signing company. It's all about the lender/title company. The signing company sends you the docs when they receive them. The difference they can make is in communication and keeping on top of the situation. Some signing companies will just say "We don't have them yet....we'll let you know when we do". Others will proactively communicate with the title company and find out the true status and ETA...then pass that information along to you. At least that way you can make an educated decision based on your schedule whether to wait it out or give back the job.
