Take the confirmation email and reply to that, asking for direction on the dates - hopefully that gets a faster response for you. My experience with Quicken is that they do not want any changes to pre-printed dates EXCEPT for your notarial certificate. Quicken has never ever asked me to back-date or forward-date. I agree with Cheryl to get direction or risk a defect - if you handle it in a way other than what they want then you will get a defect assigned to you and then you are in their notary purgatory for one month. |
