I don't find it very profitable to fill up time slots for under $100 in general. That is pretty much my minimum these days. Look at what I received from an out of state title company this week for a 13 page sellers package:
"Attached you will find the closing package. All we need you to do is, print the package, notarize the seller’s signatures, scan and email the package back to us with a copy of their driver license, and your invoice for $250, then drop the package in the mail.
I know you were only charging $150, but we pay all our notaries $250."
