It's not my role to give advice about what they can or can't swear to (although it's OK to write about it in this forum where no advice about any specific transaction is being offered).
If I were the one being asked to sign a signature/name affidavit, and it asked me to solemnly affirm that I had been known by some names I've never seen before, I could truthfully affirm that I had. After all, the title company and/or lender used those names while intending to refer to me, so I was known by those names.
There's a huge difference between CHOOSING to be known by some names and BEING known by some names. |
