Your on spot Cheryl, I agree, not worth it at $75.00 . July has been a great month for me. I have met a lot of out of state title co's, offering to pay $150.00-$250. It's hard to work with the bottom feeders when you are working with the best professionals in the business. They know what we have to go through during this "Covid ".
