Re: Certification of trust

Oh boy. I wonder how your acknowledgement turned up missing in such a short time. I am thinking I would be very cautious as it is possible they would attach your acknowledgement to another document... My thinking is that I would send the acknowledgement, but print within the notary field (small print at the bottom), that this acknowledgment is to replace an acknowledgement that was reported to be missing and is to be attached to the certificate of trust. But that is just off the top of my head, and I will be interested in seeing what other notaries think. I do send lose acknowledgements, but usually it is with title officers that I know & trust, and they typically send me a PDF showing the document I did not acknowledge, or show where I made an error.
