You can't do that! Plus it may not be the same one you notarized. Read the California Notary handbook of stop, since you don't recognize an illegal act.

Anyway, the Successor Trustee needs the Entire Trust. The certification of a Trust is normally provided to a lender or Title Company to show who the Trustee is and that the Trustee has the power to sell a loan or obtain a mortgage while keeping the terms of the Trust private.

Tell the daughter to look for the Entire Trust and to contact an attorney
