Explain the extra time involved and charge them accordingly. It's usually not SD that wants the faxbacks but the client (SS or direct client FATCO, ORTC) that wants the faxbacks. Sometimes I tell them you can have one or the other....faxbacks and I won't be able to make FedEx drop so that you have back the next day or no faxbacks and you have everything the next day. Their choice. Charge accordingly if you have to do faxbacks.
