I worked for decades for attorneys - 3 day RTC should not require faxbacks! I refuse to take those jobs unless they waive that requirement. Guess what - they waive it. I stand firm and tell them that I KNOW there is no reason to take up the closer's time that way and interfere with other work demands. They say, well it's just to make sure the notary did it right!" I ask them why are they using notaries that they can't depend on to know what they're doing? They waive the faxbacks. I literally refuse to take those jobs if they don't waive it. Speak up.
