is my time limited as a mobile notary?
Posted by CST of IA on 9/15/20 7:47pm Msg #624551
the Secretary of State for my state started a fb group for notaries. most just have a stamp for the heck of it or for their job. Today............the big conversation...everyone wanting to do remote notarizations. oh boy. I like getting out of the house and meeting with people to sign paperwork.

I just did my first house sale with dotloop with everything being signed electronically. I suppose with practice, I will like it rather than running around trying to get initials on every change. Maybe I would enjoy doing RON....right now I'm grumpy about the idea.

I wonder how much business I am missing since I am not doing RON....I haven't been asked if I am able to do them. What say you?
