I also heard that really you only will notarize the traditional recording docs, and not really do the closing per say. They will continue to doc u sign the rest. They pay $10.00 first doc and $5.00 to $3.00 thereafter and you maybe have to split that fee with the SS.(hear say) IDK, no one really has posted a straight answer on that...
I am not worried about RON at all. It's been legal here since Jan, and only the first 2 weeks of COVID panic were people asking if I did them, but they never told me what they paid when asked. Nobody now is asking, so tells me it's not a big thing.
