One look at CT's requirements for RON and I said "No, thanks!" Too much record keeping and jumping through other hoops for me.

FYI, CT also mandated that only attorneys admitted to the CT Bar can do any loan closings which have a Title Insurance Policy involved. (The CT Legislature has attorneys++ voting for more money for themselves and other lawyers.)
