No, not full package. Notary takes the "paper docs package" which is less than their normal package. If borrowers have not followed directions and signed in, reviewed and accepted electronic docs, then all that is done with notary present. Most times, borrowers have reviewed docs. They just haven't clicked on "accept". So, then we have to go through each doc, electronically sign each and click on accept and repeat for each electronic doc. Then, we can finally proceed to the paper docs. Takes a little longer when this happens. |
