| Same here, I've had more than paper. I wish all of my signings were Hybrid. I don't even take my iPad because I give the borrower a call the day before and explain to them the process as most do not know they have to digitally sign or have completely ignored the email/didn't understand it. I then check my "lobby" before going to bed to confirm they completed the "review" and 1hr before my signing I check to confirm they went in and "accepted" / digitally signed. IF they haven't I send them a friendly text reminder. I've done several hundred on the Pavaso platform since they launched back in July (I think) and have only had to take my iPad once because the guy said his internet was spotty. I have had to flip about 15 - 20 to paper because the signer was adamant about NOT wanting to use technology. |
