ok. i did one of these years ago. it was awful. borrowers had a little ipad for us to electronically sign docs. Must not have caught on as it's the only time I've been asked to do one.

Internet is honestly sketchy in this state. My phone does not work at all in areas within 30 min of where i live...even the phone won't ring.
