You know, of course that to perform an actual notarization using Digital Technology you have to be commissioned as an ELECTRONIC notary, right? So what exactly is the law firm trying to pull? Are you at the office and their client in NY?
The signature pages to same document, just duplicated/multiplied? Acknowledgments wih Multiple names, Thus requiring 50 video recordings?
