Hi Guys I enjoy this forum immensely and over the years have learned so much from the bantering and sharing of stories. I am hunkered down in Central Florida, just north of Tampa. By listening to y'all, I have learned so much and am so blessed to have this community to help me grow in this business. Our fees, here in Florida, are way less than you folks on the left coast and the education over the years has been wonderful. We have to accept much less to be competitive here in greater Tampa in order to stay busy, yet I only drive on average...maybe 15-30 minutes per deal, and since I am in the country almost NO traffic (I stay out of Tampa). I am very happy to average $90 per deal(many times I get $125-150)....so, I was just wondering...
what do you'all pay for a gallon of gas today? (us today was $2.04) what do you pay for a pound of butter?(($3.00) Do you have tolls going to your deals? Do you get to eat home for lunch or are your deals so widespread that once you leave home, you are out and about? what is your average time to and from a deal? I am paying $29 for a case of letter paper and NEVER use legal-I bought a ream of legal 2 years ago and still have 1/2 of it. I read how you guys use legal...WHY? lenders don't care-just don't have cut offs...we all use many of the same title companies here as you guys. I had to ask, cuz I see why you must command $150/per thank you for indulging me...I owe you all BIG TIME and please keep on keeping on
