That's the FL fee here as well, and they do not budge as too many accept that. I tried several times over the years to break in just to here they have too many in my area and do not need anymore on their list. We are over-saturated with NSA's here, even for $85.00 closings. It's fine I am busy with $$$ closings and get paid more from people who know me as more than a #, and don't need to check in, check out, have my work reviewed for errors...sort of beneath me, so for that, I feel it's a blessing NOT working for them for $85.00
Many do love them however as a 20-minute signing (small package), only print 1 set of docs, so they make it work for them as they pay fast. Some take 5-6 a day and works for them. Bravo to those who get more, it's all in who's out there doing them at that price.
Don't be discouraged if you cannot get more out of them, that's an exception, not the rule for many. jmo |
