actually cos. recommending this method. It's not legal to not witness them signing the docs. Some notaries were leaving docs at the door, having the borrowers sign, and then picking them up.
I wouldn't dream of doing any of that.
I have done work for a local attorney's office when they are short staffed. They also have been doing car signings!
I know it's not legal for me to do it, but I can't do anything about them doing it. |
