Of course, that got snatched up in a hot second, but making a point, not all are $85.00 closings on there. Those who feel they are not taking any closings off the Snap Docs platform are losing out on some good closings. I have been average $125.00 per closing the past few months and getting paid at 30 days, and my last one was at $175.00 later in the evening. Granted, this was unusual or someone screwed up, but wanted to post, they are out there.
