Everyone remember, Snapdocs is just software app. There are lots of cheap, low ball, signing services that use it. HOWEVER, there are some very good, well paying, title companies that use it too. First American Direct is one of those.
I turn down most of Snapdocs offers, not really turn down, but just counter with a fair fee that I get from my favorite signing services. I do a fair amount of work for First American Title since they have several offices here and they are often willing to pay according to my fee schedule and they use Snapdocs. My fees vary a lot, based lots of factors but I have averaged $150 / signing since March. |
