I agree with the others about removing any reference to being new or about the possibility of errors. When the time comes (and it will - both for work and for errors  ), how you handle it will speak for itself. No one is perfect when they start.
In the meantime, you've already made a positive impression here with your approach. You're clearly doing your homework and making every effort to learn.
