Just telling you what people are starting to do here in the senior population. If we sign in their homes, it's just that. I never tell them what they have to do, but I wear a mask. In a public setting it a different story, as they have to wear one.
Let's be honest here, CA, TX and FL, people do what they want and not what they are supposed to be doing.
Everyone was pretty good the first 3-4 weeks then they got tired of it. How do I know? The numbers do not lie.
