I haven’t tied a Will in ages. It’s become a pretty archaic process. Many law firms don’t even use bluebacks any longer.
What I used to do when there was a loose certificate in loan packages was to emboss the loose certificate to the BO’s signature page. There is no need to purchase Will Typing Ribbon. You can simply cut card stock about 2 inches wide, fold and staple; or instead of stapling, go to a craft store and buy ribbon, then fold card stock, punch and lace/tie. |
