Let us know how that goes in a few months...In all my 16 years I am hard-pressed to make $7K a month, and pretty busy here not working for less than $100 a closing in FL with a lot happening selling, buying and refi's. Sometimes people exaggerate. It could be, but don't get clouded by that. See if she can give you her list of clients who are paying out that much for newbies and you will be all set. She shouldn't mind since she apparently showed you her numbers and a friend?
PS, the numbers listed on the CD are typically not anything close to what we take home if that is what she showed you.
If you can do let's say5 per week as a newbie at $100.00 each that's $2K a month, minus your costs. That's more your reality than what she says she is getting. Most newbies are struggling to get 5 per month. |
