if yes that you are commissioned in more than one state, then, yes, I would have a journal for each state I worked in, according to the laws of the state you are in at the time of notarization.
If you are asking about notarizations you do for folks from neighboring states then no, one journal following the laws for journal keeping for state of your commission. |
