a signature. It's just common sense. I feel the same way about DL/ID extensions in some cases where I have the expired ID in my hand and it's clearly the same person. However, we have specific information required on ID as listed above by CalNotary. Isn't it interesting that there are miltary ID's that we can't accept for ID:
(d) A United States military identification card (caution: current military identification cards might not contain all the required information);
Passport cards do not contain all of the required information, such as a signature. Wouldn't that make it exactly the same circumstance of some military ID we are not able to accept because it does not have all the required information?
