"BTW, I have been told by California TCs that my acknowledgements showing representative capacity would be rejected by their county recorder and have been asked to complete a CA compliant acknowledgement instead. I will not complete a CA acknowledgement as it contains language that is not used in Florida."

Hopefully, you let 'em know about reciprocity ... ?? They shouldn't have to be reminded and should know better.
