In the late 90's I had a job where we created project badges and laminated them for each project member. They were the size of luggage tags and pretty thick. We always used a cardboard carrier when sending them through the machine.
One of my co-workers decided to laminate all his old concert tickets (remember those?). The heat of the laminator caused damage to the tickets and they were rendered virtually unreadable. I could never figure out why he didn't stop after doing the first one instead of ruining all of them. |
