So true!! Often ignored vital.
Reminds me of owners' car preferences (Corolla or Civic); my dad is Toyota Toyota Toyota!
When he was well he hated having to do any work on my Honda. But my Accord (close to 100k miles)
is wonderful - mainly because I honestly do nothing to it but change oil/fluids and it runs! I'm all about Low maintenance.

If I did the volume of printing that most here do, I would definitely consider a more commercial line (and possibly a good rental option w/regular upkeep included).
