Reading the entire thread and opinions, it doesn't make sense that anyone in this business cannot use the "find a notary" search with 25 miles radius on many platforms including here, that specialize in loan closings. They made someone drive 5 hours and stress them the hell out? I don't get it, seriously 5 hours on a Friday and holiday weekend??
I hear this same story a lot driving hours and hours just to find a notary in CA. I thought CE belonged to a network of notaries they share business and breakfast meetings with in CA. Couldn't this be a nice referral for someone?
IDK, SMH in confusion for this whole post.
